Open & Safe in Northern Shenandoah Valley

Created by the Northern Shenandoah Valley COVID-19 Economic Response Team, consisting of Frederick County EDA, Clarke County, the City of Winchester, the Lord Fairfax Small Business Development Center, and the Top of Virginia Regional Chamber, the OpenAndSafeNSV campaign is an effort to unite and create solidarity amongst business owners in the region.

Having a business community that is united to ensure the safety of themselves, their staff, their visitors, and the community as a whole will boost customer confidence in returning to the experiences they have valued for years.

Taking a pledge to adhere to safety guidelines outlined by the Virginia Department of Health and Centers for Disease Prevention and Control shows an understanding of the steps needed to play your part in keeping our community healthy. We’re hopeful this effort will provide solidarity amongst our business community and citizens alike.

By taking the pledge, you will gain access to a toolkit of printable graphics for display and your business will be listed at OpenAndSafeNSV.biz.

Together, the Northern Shenandoah Valley communities are working hard to mitigate the spread of COVID-19.

Many of our businesses have taken the OpenAndSafeNSV Pledge, an initiative to keep employees, residents, and visitors healthy and safe.
